COVID-19 Message

Our office will operate in such a way as to minimize or eliminate any human contact. We will be therefore restricting public access with the following considerations:

• Our office staff is reduced to maintain social distancing.
• As always, we are available by phone or email. Email works best, as our staff can respond to your queries in an orderly fashion.
• For your water samples, we have set up a bin outside our store to accommodate them. Please leave your sample in the bin with your name and phone number attached. We will contact you with the test results.
• If you require products it’s best to contact us and pre-order what you need. We will then prepare your order and place it in a secure area for you to pick up. Once our crews are on the road, we will be able to offer free delivery service in our service area.
• For payment, the easiest and safest forms that we accept are email transfers or credit card numbers. To pay at our office, please call to arrange an appointment. Regular mail is okay too.

Our service operations will continue as normal, with the following considerations:

• Our pool and spa services can be performed without requiring any contact from our clients or any other people. If you have special instructions, you can leave a note for our crews or contact the office and we will relay the message to our staff.
• If your private pool or spa is indoors or in a restricted-access area, then please contact us for arrangements.
• Public pools and spas will not be maintained at this time.
